Terms of Service

What Gray Neo is. Fixed-price website design and build packages, delivered by Gray Solutions, Coimbatore. Each package's scope is what's listed on the pricing page — nothing hidden, nothing implied.
Payment. An advance starts the work; the balance is due on delivery, before the site goes live. Instalment plans are available when agreed in writing before the project starts.
Ownership. On full payment, everything is yours — domain, hosting, design, and code. Until full payment, work-in-progress remains with Gray Neo.
Content. You provide the text, images, and business details for your site (Presence-tier content drafting by us, as listed in the package). Delays in receiving content extend delivery timelines by the same amount.
Revisions. Each package includes 3 rounds of revisions within the listed scope. Changes beyond scope are quoted separately before any work happens.
Maintenance plans. Monthly, billed in advance. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No lock-in periods.
Liability. Our liability on any project is capped at the fees you paid for it.
Jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes fall under the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
