What we collect. When you fill the enquiry form, we collect your name, business name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, business type, and how you heard about us. That's it — we don't collect anything you don't type in.
Why we collect it. To respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We may message you on WhatsApp because that's how most of our conversations happen.
What we don't do. We don't sell your information. We don't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for. We don't share your details with anyone outside Gray Neo except the tools we use to run the business (email, invoicing, analytics).
Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how people use this site — pages visited, where visitors come from, and device type. It's cookieless and doesn't identify you personally.
How long we keep it. Enquiry details are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back. Ask us to delete your details anytime — email praveen@graysolutions.in and we will.
